Returns

Do you accept returns?

Cotton + Cedar gladly accepts returns for store credit of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, excluding Online Exclusive items. Please refer to our "Returns" link for more specific details.

 Exchanges

Can I exchange my order?

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like to make an exchange, simply return the item following our return policy and make a new purchase for the item or items you wish to purchase.

    Shipping

    How long will it take me to get my order?

    Due to carrier delays, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and delivered via the standard shipping method.

    Change or Cancel

    Can I cancel or change my order? 

    We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, therefore we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders. Returns can be initiated for store credit. Please see our return policy. 

    Damaged or Defective Merchandise

    What do I do if my order is damaged or defective?

    We are so sorry to hear that your order arrived in less than perfect condition. We will be more than happy to assist with processing a replacement order or issuing a refund. Please notify us by using the " Contact Us" link.
