Return Policy

Cotton + Cedar gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online, excluding online exclusive items. 

Please carefully review our policy. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us. 

  • Cotton + Cedar only offers store credit for returns.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up. 
  • Items must be in original condition* to receive store credit.
  • FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return. This is includes ALL Sale items.
  • Orders cannot be changed, modified or cancelled after checkout. 
  • ** ONLINE EXCLUSIVES: These items are not available for return, exchange, or store credit for any reason. 

Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from time of arrival. Cotton + Cedar does not provide shipping labels for returns. We will email you and let you know where to ship your return to.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless the mistake was made on our end.

  • All items are subject to inspection upon return. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the consumer as a FINAL SALE item.
  • Original Condition should be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and returned in their original packaging.
